            Fill Pres. seat—(Sec. 4, Const) current board fulfills responsibilities until seat filled

                        Vacancy filled by majority vote at any regular meeting with notice in advance to the membership

            FYI- Walter Alpaugh called to inquire about acquiring road that separates his lots (he proposed an easement) to facilitate sale/financing of his house

                        Bill Pierce explained our normally followed property policies, but was emphatic that we would do what ever required to assist them in appreciation

            Going Electronic

                        Make current website official (i.e. all activity and actions LJCA will be contained thereon)

                                    Big thanks to Richard for starting this and maintaining it the past years.

                                    Richard Truax confirmed his interest in continuing as Webmaster. 

Lack of change in the we mostly from lack of contributions from the Board and the community.

Phone number will be put back on website.  Calls will be checked and logged.

                                                            Forum for LJCA (Board), classifieds, Boating Club section, advertising from LJCA Heron sponsors

                                    Amend the Constitution (controlling Art. VII) to (Sec. 3) to allow for Notice to be fulfilled electronically

                                                Only in May or November—Petition signed by five members

                                                Notice of all meetings, both regular and special, may be made by electronic mail when authorized and on file or shall be mailed to each member…, 

                        Heron

                        Hillary to do April—need someone to fill shoes after (assist and learn rope on April issue)

                        Discussed ¼ ly issues of Heron until more community interest/contributions

                                    Announcements and meeting agendas to be done by postcards

                                    Need to review obligations to advertisers before reducing the number of issues

            Filing of 2009 Corporate Annual Reports

                        2008 did not appear to be filled –looking to do retroactively
