· Firehouse—only 4 of 11 returned, now 4 more “lost”

· Establishment of Official LJCA website- www.ljca.info

· New phone/messaging system

· Checked with insurance-cannot cover loss of real property

· Plan/volunteers for Trick or Trunk @ Fire House

· Approve Budget of $300 For Trick or Trunk Party

· Advertising in the Heron

· Nomination Committee for 2010 Board
