1. Jason Call PWC Landfill – get details on dumpsters being brought to Firehouse     parking lot and one on top of Cobb

2.  Try to get Heron out w/ details before 9th

Road Maintenance Agreement.

            1. Board Supervisor Nohe contacted about monies for comprehensive tar/chip

            2. Co. wants Road Maintenance Agreement in place

            3. To present revised copy from Hal/Sandy with contingency clause on improvements

            4. Will discuss next general meeting if feedback from Co. received

 

Health Department inspections

1. being required for ALL building permits under Title 32.1-165.

2. Action negatively impacts our community

3. Health Dept. will inspect to determine “safe, adequate proper sewage   treatment”.

Shady beach

1. Letter for permit for cleanup in RPA already sent

2. New dock to replace one allegedly stolen

1. Next meeting possibly May 4 or 5

2. Members also encouraged to bring individual ideas to meetings

 

Ramp gates

1. still not fixed-waiting on installation of Knox Boxes to only call welder once

 

Improvements to Big Beach

            1. Post for boat tie up at big beach-discuss vote next meeting

            2. Dave Demember- Ideas on finger pier, beach, and ramp

            3. Confirm sand by vote next meeting- order and deliver

            

Email Waiver

1. negates need to amend constitution

             

Trails and recreation

1. consider uses for unused roads and property

2. Prepare and mark unused roads of exercise/nature trails-issue walking map

3  Tennis courts, community center, boat and trailer parking area

 

Firehouse Keys

1.  So far has only been able to produce 4 of 15 keys from last year

2.  Has only 4 new keys for this year

3.  What to do about $100/key policy
