A. Lawsuit claim by Jeffery Schwartz

a. Possibly to document “fact” that LJCA offered to allot Schwartz to buy Beech St. Schwartz didn’t take the offer.

b. John Foot – best bet. Known for speedy results.

c. Need to respond by une 17^th or forfeit case

d. Idea – write letter to attorney?

e. Question – charge?

f. Motion carried to proceed with John Foot and use funds

B. Purchase of Maple St. By Chris___

a. #3500 alone in preparation fees

b. Benefit – five homes with known bounderies

c. Hal drafted a letter which links back to an original letter setting the precedent for this (see letter).

d. Motion passed to alow final approval for Chris to proceed

e. Need to determine price to sell Maple to Chris

i. $1500 for lower right lot?

ii. $1000 for upper lot?

iii. $500 for lower lot left?

iv. $3000 in total

C. Need motion to purchase material for Big Beach.

a. Money provided by neighbor, to be paid back by LJCA
