B. Credit card arrives to treasurer; bills to be reimbursed

A. Lawsuit progresses; Schwarz claiming squatters rights

a. Magistrate will make recommendation to judge

b. $2700 LJCA funds already spent

c. Approaching $6000

d. Motion to make offer to Schwarz to accept $5000 without further expense/court proceeding

B. Canoe launch below dam to be created through PWC Streams and Trails (private group) with permission from PWC

a. Concern: trash containers/policing/crime

b. Lance Blackmore to forward police/private properties records to Bill

c. Suggestion: Request a Dusk to Dawn policy, enforceable by PWC police (go to website, petition)
